Large sized models of Tsurumi's B-series submersible wastewater pumps were delivered to a large-scale village in Bangkok, Thailand, for their drainage system. These pumps were installed to drain flooding water caused by heavy rain or sudden shower and prevent rivers overflowing and flooded houses.
Since operation, there have been no problems caused by solid objects clogging the pumps, and they are contributing to the local flood control system.
