Promotion of Women’s Success
We aim to achieve our Action Plan based on the Act on the Advancement of Women in the Workplace by establishing an organization in which female employees can continue working for a long time with motivation and can fully demonstrate their individuality and abilities.

April 1, 2026 - March 31, 2031 (5 years)
Objectives Details Place female career-track employees in all divisions. (Achieve a 100% placement rate of female career-track employees in all divisions.) - 2026:
Aim to hire at least five newly graduated female employees a year. The Personnel Division will take the lead in personnel transfers and development policies for these new hires for the first three years after they join our company. - 2027:
Aim to hire at least five female mid-career employees a year and to switch a job category for at least one employee a year. - Other:
Hold seminars on understanding women’s health with female employees and their managers.
Aim to revise the staggered work hours system and ensure it is used by at least 15% of employees. - 2026:
Consider revisions to the system (set 15-minute time increments and review application and notification methods for employees).
Hold a small-scale trial and address any issues. - 2027:
Notify all employees of the system revisions and begin rolling out the system to them. - 2028:
Conduct a questionnaire on support for flexible work styles, including the revised staggered work hours system, for those returning to work after childcare and nursing care leave.
Share results of the questionnaire with department heads.
Hold individual interviews with those who requested them in the questionnaire.

Achieving Work-Life Balance
We aim to achieve our Action Plan based on the Act on Measures to Support the Development of the Next Generation in order to support our employees in balancing their work with childcare, nursing care, local communities, and self-development, while fulfilling their duties with a sense of satisfaction.

April 1, 2025 - March 31, 2030 (5 years)Objectives Details Increase the paternity leave take-up rate to 80% - Publish accounts of child-rearing in our internal newsletter to communicate to employees examples of their male coworkers taking up paternity leave (every year).
- Ensure support personnel for employees taking childcare leave (every year).
Establish satellite offices at 12 bases in Japan - 2025:
Secure locations and install facilities for satellite offices to enable short-term use by employees. - 2026:
Consider departments and job types easily suited to the introduction of the satellite office system in the medium-to-long term and then hold a trial. - 2027:
Formalize the satellite office system and communicate it to employees. - 2028 onward:
Implement the satellite office system (continued).

Promoting Employment for People with Disabilities
By creating an environment in which people with disabilities can engage in a variety of tasks in the Business Support Department of Tsurumi Technology Service, a special subsidiary established on April 1, 2021, we are working to promote employment that will ensure greater independence and participation in society for people with disabilities.
In addition, as a result of our active efforts to promote a comfortable work environment, we have earned the following certifications. In September 2020, we received an award from the Japan Organization for Employment of the Elderly, Persons with Disabilities and Job Seekers (JEED) in recognition of our proactive efforts regarding employment of people with disabilities.
