Oil Lifter (Foreign And Domestic Patent Registered)

This original Tsurumi technology successfully improves the sealing performance of the mechanical seal (shaft seal), which serves as the heart of a submersible pump. The incorporation of Oil Lifter stabilizes and improves the lubricity and cooling action of mechanical seal so that pump operation remains stable even when oil volume decreases.

  • The Oil Lifter is a lubricating device for the mechanical seal (shaft seal) that serves as the heart of a submersible pump.
  • The Oil Lifter stabilizes and improves the lubricity and cooling action of the mechanical seal.
  • It retains the stable sealing effect even if the lubricant falls below the rated volume. The Oil Lifter reduces the number of periodic inspection.

Submersible Seawater-Resistant Pumps

Tsurumi has the technology that minimizes the corrosion by seawater. Major factors that consist the seawater-resistant specifications are, "Special Cast Iron", "Galvanic Anode", and "Corrosion-Resistant Painting". It achieves an excellent corrosion-resistant performance.

  • Corrosion-Resistant Test for Seawater-Resistant Special Cast Iron

When two impellers of different materials are fitted to two shafts having the same material, the shafts have shown a quite different degree of corrosion.
